NGL received approval in seven additional Long Term Care Partnership states for it's Long Term Care insurance (LTCi) product, EssentialLTC. Long Term Care Partnership states allow individuals who purchase a qualified LTCi policy, to protect a portion of their assets that they would typically need to spend down prior to qualifying for Medicaid coverage.

NGL introduced new competitively priced Medicare Supplement Plans A, F, G and N available for enrollment as of May 29, 2018. Medicare Supplement is a health insurance product available to seniors 65+ who are enrolled in Medicare.

NGL launched its new Medicare Supplement product on May 1, 2018. It is currently available in 11 states with plans to expand nationally. Medicare Supplement provides additional coverage to a person's existing Medicare plan.

NGL was presented with the 2018 Partners for Change Award during the Madison-area Urban Ministry (MUM) annual luncheon on April 24. NGL has supported MUM for five years and recently made a multi-year commitment totaling $75,000 to aid in the renovation of MUM's Healing House.

NGL announced a new partnership with Stephanie Castagnier Dunn and Walker Posey for an educational series on a variety of preneed industry topics. Dunn and Posey are offering NGL partner funeral homes the opportunity to receive complimentary analysis of their business.
