NGL worked with Media Demographics to create a valuable Customer Relationship System (CRS) for partners to incorporate into their business strategies. The CRS is a management system that provides a one-stop center for partners to manage leads and enhance their marketing efforts.

The Before I Die New Mexico Festival is a unique festival consisting of six days of upbeat, informative and fun events focused on discussing death and planning ahead. NGL, a leader in the preneed insurance industry, is pleased to announce that it is a sponsor of the 2^nd Annual Before I Die NM Festival. In addition, Carl Wackerle, NGL Vice President, Individual Life and Annuity Sales will be participating in the symposium panel discussion on November 3.

NGL announces the appointment of Nancy Maloy as Senior Vice President and Chief Actuary. Maloy will oversee all actuarial activities for NGL, including business development, pricing, valuation, forecasting and liability management.

This year, 18 NGL employees volunteered for a variety of projects at local nonprofits. NGL strongly believes in giving back to the community both financially and through volunteerism. Each year, employees are offered eight paid workday hours to volunteer at a nonprofit of their choice. Last year, more than 150 employees took advantage of the NGL giving hours and volunteered more than 850 hours to local organizations.

According to NGL's recent partner satisfaction survey, NGL was rated 9.3 out of 10 with a very high likelihood that partners would recommend NGL’s services to others. Key findings also indicate partners are extremely satisfied with NGL’s customer service, ease of new business process and the contracting and commission process.
