The Board of Directors for NGL appointed Patrick M. Juarez as Senior Vice President, Director of Specialty Insurance Markets.  

Joanna K. Trygstad is joining the NGL team as Vice President, Policy Administration. She oversees policy administration, claims, underwriting, agent support and customer services areas. 

John D. Larson, an integral part of NGL for nearly 50 years, died on Sunday, September 29, 2019. Joining NGL in 1969, John was promoted to various senior leadership positions until becoming president in 1974. He was also Chairman of the NGL Board of Directors beginning in 2004 and appointed Chairman Emeritus in 2017.

Kimberly A. Shaul, J.D. has been promoted to Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary. Shaul began her career at NGL in 2014. She is responsible for leading and directing all legal matters relating to NGL and its subsidiaries and provides legal expertise on a variety of insurance regulatory and compliance issues.
