NGL's suite of Preneed insurance product offerings have been approved by the Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services. Funeral homes will now have the ability to bring the flexibility and choice offered by NGL’s Preneed products to consumers living in Michigan.

For over two decades NGL has been offering continuous insurance coverage and peace of mind for the residents of Michigan. When other Preneed insurance carriers stopped selling Preneed insurance in Michigan due to the highest Consumer Price Index (CPI) rates in over 30 years, making providing Preneed insurance unprofitable, NGL remained because of its dedication to helping people face life’s financial challenges with confidence, dignity and grace.

Kenn Peterson joins NGL as Vice President, Business and Lending Development

We are pleased to welcome Kenn Peterson to the team as Vice President, Business and Lending Development. Peterson is a leader in the Preneed insurance industry with 36 years of experience helping Preneed companies grow their revenue. In this newly created position, he joins NGL’s leadership team and will be developing a consultative business model, establishing NGL’s lending program and assisting the sales team in achieving company objective. 

National Guardian Life Insurance Company Preneed Single Pay applications no longer require health question

National Guardian Life Insurance Company (NGL) is pleased to announce select Single Pay Preneed applications will be processed as Standard Issue regardless of how the health questions are answered, effective February 15, 2023.
