Madison, Wis. (June 15, 2026) – NGL Insurance Company (NGL) recognized four team members with G.R.I.T. Awards during its companywide April All Hands Meeting. The awards incorporate NGL’s vision for the future, Together for Tomorrow, into its team members’ daily professional lives. The peer nominations recognized and celebrated colleagues for their outstanding achievements and performance.
The awards highlight the winning mindsets that need to be demonstrated for everyone to deliver and successfully achieve NGL’s goals and vision.
There are four distinct categories for the G.R.I.T. Awards:
Growth and Personal Development Award – Bethani Reisetter, Agent Solutions Coordinator
The recipient of this award sets clear professional and personal growth objectives. They hold themselves accountable for their own growth and NGL accountable for support. The individual also embraces courageous conversations and chooses to stay resilient through challenges.
Bethani was nominated four times including for the Growth and Personal Development Award. One person who nominated Bethani shared, “Bethani has been an integral part of the Agent Solutions team and she has grown into a seasoned member of the team. She has graciously taken on additional responsibilities, such as calling new agents as part of the New Agent Program, and most of all, as a trainer for new staff. She is a great source of knowledge and help for team members. Bethani is a star who deserves to be celebrated every day.”
Resilience and Accountability Award – Erica Williams, Claims Verification Specialist
This award recipient is resilient and perseveres. They believe in holding themselves and others accountable for actions and outcomes. Commitment to results and follow through is a basis of their work ethic.
Erica was awarded the Resilience and Accountability Award. One nominator stated: “Erica exhibits Resilience and Accountability in so many ways. She regularly volunteers to help wherever our team has the most need. If she is asked to shift her focus to a different task, she happily helps where needed.”
Initiative, Drive and Execution Award – Alyssa Borum, Senior Business Systems Analyst
This award is for the NGL team member who takes initiative with a bias for effective action. They ask for help when needed and look beyond daily tasks to effectively execute plans.
Alyssa received a nomination for the Initiative, Drive and Execution Award, describing that “Alyssa consistently demonstrates exceptional initiative, drive and execution in her role. She takes ownership of her work from end to end, proactively identifying gaps, asking questions, and ensuring requirements are clear, actionable, and aligned with business objectives. Rather than waiting for direction, Alyssa anticipates needs and steps in to move work forward, keeping momentum even in complex or ambiguous situations. Alyssa's drive to continuously improve processes and deliver value has had a meaningful impact on team efficiency and business results. Her ability to take initiative, follow through, and deliver high-quality outcomes makes her an invaluable asset.”
Trust in Each Other Award – David Tews, Assistant Vice President, Financial Reporting Services
This award recognizes an individual who has demonstrated trust in themselves, peers and leaders. They empower others, is empowered and delegates, as well as fosters open communication by giving and receiving constructive feedback. Collaboration within and across teams is paramount to their work.
David received several nominations, with one person writing: “David enhances the Finance team by ensuring everyone feels heard and valued. David has a great way of bringing people together and increasing engagement within the Finance department. David drives the conversation in getting his colleagues together for team activities.”
