Your policy number
is needed to make a payment. The policy number can be found in the upper right side of your billing statement.

Payments for your insurance policy to preplan and prefund a funeral through your local funeral home can be submitted one policy at a time. If you have additional policies, you will need submit separate payments for each policy. Recurring payments are not available to set up.
