Madison, Wis. (April 20, 2026) – NGL Insurance Company (NGL) is pleased to announce Andy Mohr was appointed by the NGL Board of Directors as Vice President, Chief Audit Officer. Mohr is an experienced senior leader with NGL, having 15 years of experience with the organization. He oversees the Internal Audit team and manages the development and execution of the audit function’s strategy to lead and adapt to the changing risk environment, implement its organizational vision and fulfill its expectations.

Mohr has held several senior leadership roles at NGL, including most recently the Assistant Vice President of Internal Audit, where he helped oversee the systematic review of the NGL’s governance, risk management and internal controls in accordance with Global Internal Audit Standards. He also established and continuously improved audit methodologies, frameworks, policies and procedures. Previously, Mohr served NGL as Director of Internal Audit, Operational and Financial Audit Manager, Senior Audit Specialist, and Auditor. He began his career as an Auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Mohr holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, and Master of Accountancy degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business. He also has earned Certified Public Accountant status, as well as Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Chief Audit Executive distinctions. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
