Our company embodies this belief in all aspects, including financial support to community programs and encouraging employees to give back. Our community involvement is ingrained in everything we do and that extends through our employees.
Employee Giving and Volunteerism
Our very generous employees give their time and their money to support causes that are most important to them. Because we appreciate their thoughtful act of giving back, NGL is proud to offer eight work hours per year of paid time for employees to volunteer at a nonprofit.
Many employee volunteer efforts go above and beyond. To recognize their exemplary efforts, NGL developed a volunteerism series to include interviews with employees.
This month NGL is proud to feature Felicia McKenzie, NGL New Business Representative, who shares how her three-week experience teaching in Tanzania turned into her starting Brighter Tanzania Foundation, a nonprofit to help children in Tanzania receive an education.

In addition, each employee who donates to an eligible nonprofit of their choice has the opportunity to double the impact of their gift through NGL's Matching Gift Program.
NGL is fortunate to offer financial support to many organizations. We are honored to give back and address areas of need in the community. NGL's corporate giving is focused on specific areas, including health and human services, education, and the arts.

NGL employees Kay, Jeanne, Jen and Cassie were recognized by Salvation Army of Dane County for their volunteer efforts ringing bells during the 2016 Red Kettle Campaign. The Red Kettle Campaign supports shelter and counseling for the homeless, educational and sports activities for at-risk youth, and assistance to police and fire departments during local emergencies.
Last year, the Salvation Army of Dane County raised more than $500,000 through the Red Kettle Campaign!
